This Privacy Policy explains how Lemoniq (“Lemoniq”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit our marketing website at lemoniq.ai (the “Website”).
It applies only to the Website. Personal data processed within the Lemoniq application or platform is covered by separate terms and a separate privacy notice provided to users of that product.
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Romanian data protection law, and — for visitors in the United States — applicable US state privacy laws (see Section 9).

We only collect limited personal data through the Website:
Contact and demo requests: the name, work email, company, phone number, country and message you submit through our forms.
Marketing sign-ups: your email address if you subscribe to updates.
Usage and device data: collected automatically, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and timestamps.

3. Why We Use Your Data and Our Legal Bases
We use your personal data for the following purposes, each with a legal basis under the GDPR:
Respond to your enquiries and demo requests — taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in answering you
Send marketing emails about Lemoniq — your consent, or our legitimate interests with an opt-out
Measure and improve how the Website is used (non-essential cookies) — your consent
Secure the Website and prevent abuse — our legitimate interests
Comply with legal and accounting obligations — compliance with a legal obligation
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object (Section 8).
4. Cookies and Analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Website and to remember your cookie choices, on the basis of our legitimate interests. Non-essential cookies — including Google Analytics — are set only after you give consent through our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
5. How We Share Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, to operate the Website and respond to you:
Framer — website hosting and form handling — EU / United States
Google (Google Analytics) — website analytics — United States
Google (Gmail / Workspace) — email and business communications — United States
We may also disclose data where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets (with notice where required). An up-to-date list of providers is available on request.
6. International Data Transfers
Some providers above are located in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, the provider’s certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us.
7. How Long We Keep Your Data
Enquiry and demo-request data — for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless an ongoing relationship requires longer.
Marketing sign-up data — until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
Analytics data — for up to 14 months.
8. Your Rights Under the GDPR
Subject to conditions in the law, you have the right to access your data; request rectification of inaccurate data; request erasure; restrict or object to processing; obtain data portability; and withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any right, email hello [at] lemoniq [dot] ai. We will respond within the legal timeframe (generally one month).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) — dataprotection.ro — or with the authority in your country of residence.
9. United States Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA and Other State Laws)
If you are a resident of California or another US state with comprehensive privacy laws, you have additional rights, including to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact hello [at] lemoniq [dot] ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
10. Children
The Website is intended for a general business audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. How We Protect Your Data
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and the relevant authority of a data breach where legally required.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice.
